I have a friend that injected Test and tren into qued yesterday and hes in pain today he said its like he was frog in the leg, this is not his first cycle.

Is it tren ace and test prop? These can be especially painful. Maybe hes using some new gear with a high BA content. I prefer not to inject in the quad. It always causes more soreness than other spots for me. Did prop in my quad once and never again lol. Either way nothing to worry about unless is starts getting really red and inflamed.

sometimes it happens . if he gets heavy fever after a few days it could be a infection , otherwise its just something that will get better with time.

Pain is normal next day. Sometimes you don'y get pain. Just one of those things. Test shots especially in quad can hurt for up to a week and be swollen.

Like Dawg said watch for symptoms of infection. Fever, redness in area, injection site feels hot to touch?

A day is a too soon to tell.

Some spots suck, some gear hurts. Me, delts are a no go. Lats are butter!

Keep an eye on it, and try a heating pad to disperse the oil.
