In the fitness world, what does CPT stand for?

LMFAO! I thought this was a misspelling hahahaha. I was like... maybe they meant pct... or are they just fucking with me lol. I spent like 10 minutes thinking about it. Felt like a fuck tard
 
Ya it definately means certified personal trainer. There is also a pta, personal trainer assistant whom usually doesn't have a certification.


Jesus cobra! I just realized that u have over 1900 posts since dec 2010. I thought I was addicted. That has to be an average of over ten posts a day lol.

haha ya I dont have much of a life...thank god this isnt some porn chat or I would feel like a real loser!!

I just tell the wife now that I have to answer my fan mail ;)
 
Alright I had to do the math on it. I have an average of about 3.4 posts a day which I thought was pretty good. U have an average of almost 16 posts a day.
