I was doing incliine earlier and after I finished my set i felt like I have a crick in my neck. Any ideas.

I'm sorry bro I couldnt resist. I actually hurt my rhomboids all the time doing inclines. It starts behind my shoulder blade and run up my neck. Can barley move my neck for a day or two. Dont know if its what you're describing. Does it hurt?

Thats the same shit. So it goes away after 2 days.

So it happens after you do incline also

Yes if its a rhomboid then you'll be stiff for a couple days. Feels like a pinched nerve. I blow mine out most often on incline bench. I tell you what works well for me is Vioxx. Good anti inflamatory.

Hope this helps.

sounds like you putting your neck in werid positions while lifting like bending it, it has happen to me many times it is just a pain in the ass

I use Tiger balm when that shit happens to me works like a charm, works really when you got a hot chic rubbing it in.

hey FM, i stopped using the incline bench and went to the Smith incline so I could adjust the bench to a lower degree. Is your incline bench set above say 30 degrees? Anything above that and my shoulders and back hurt like hell, so I stick with the Smith machine.

FM is your neck stiff making hard to turn side to side? Like a pinched nerve?

Yes. Is that the same problem you had. I have been putting Bengay on it . It is starting to feel better.

Good I'm glad its letting up. This may sound stupid but I jam my shulder blade area up against a door jam or corner of a wall and press against it until I can find the actual knot thats causing the pain and I keep pressing hard on it. It kills, but helps me loosen it up after a bit.

Any way glad you're starting to feeling better.

u need to make sure ur neck in straight when doing any work out, and dont lift or turn it or u could seriouslly hurt urself
