I'm trying to put on some weight, and I find that the hardest part for me is the food consumption. I know what to eat, and how much I should be eating, I'm just having a really hard time consuming it all. I've tried a couple appetite supplements (black hole, and engorge) and I haven't had any success with either. Is there anything I can do to increase appetite/how fast I digest my food so that I can get hungry for the next meal?
