Initial Blood Test, any input?

This is a blood test from several months ago, I managed to get a copy of it today. Since this test I feel my symptoms have gotten worse and have another appointment this week for follow up, and to specifically talk about the possibility of Low Testosterone symptoms. When this blood work was initially done testosterone wasn't the primary thing the Doctor was looking at.

I was taking d-aspartic acid and tribulus terrestris, and some other supplements prior to this blood test. I have no idea how much they could have effected my T levels.

Free Testosterone 9.78 ng/dL range 1.61-19.65
Total Testosterone 391 ng/dL range 240-950
T4 1.24 ng/dL range .93-1.7
TSH 1.11 uIU/mL range .27-4.20

Good news is that your test levels weren't impacted by that crap. Bad news is that months ago isn't now, making it little more than a data point. $50 bucks and 30 minutes is what it takes to know your hormone values at any time - sounds like a bargain to me.
