I'm having blood done at the VA tomorrow for an annual physical. Only thing related to this, I believe, will be TT. But it should confirm the low TT and I'll go from there.

Ask for LH and FSH too.

Unfortunately, my clueless primary NP, didn't put the order in for that. She said I was fine, blew me off, said everything else looked good and would only order further tests like LH & FSH if there were a problem. She doesn't think there is one. This was taken at 07:00 yesterday.

TT 427 ng/dl (241 - 827)
FT 7.5 ng/dL (4.81 - 16.9)
Albumin 4.7

Agreed. The troubling thing about clomid is most of the time it increases your TT levels but it doesn't alleviate symptoms.

This is because Clomid works as an agonist and an antagonist. It acts like an estrogen in some tissues and as an anti-estrogen in other tissues.

Thats why you can feel girly on it
