You'll need Arimidex. I don't think you will be in need of a Progesterone Antagonizer. If you can successfully keep your Estrogen levels in range, than your prolactin levels should be in range as well.
If you start noticing some puffy nipples, you can try adding some Pramipexole or Cabergoline.

So i will definently need arimidex? I have decided to do 125g test eod, and 50g tren eod. Thanks if i notice this i will definently add one of them.

If you still decide to go for 1g of test and 400mg of tren, than you will definitely need a lot of Arimidex and some anti-prolactin. Prami is very harsh to me.
But I would most definitely not recommend you to go on such a cycle. You see better results off half this dose. Unless you want to be fighting side effects every day.

What are the harsh sides? Where would be a good place to get some strong knowledge about tren?

brother, tren is not for everyone, so be aware of the possible sides. I've run gear for years, and that's the one I can't tolerate. I can't sleep on it, I lose my appetite, I sweat like a one legged man at an ass kicking contest, I don't get the nightmares people talk about with it because I can't fucking sleep.
oh, and I wanna kill everyone who comes near me. other than that, it's great. . forgot the splitting headaches..lol

Thanks alot. Are these supplements that come in pills that you can find at a protein store?

RUI products has Dex ( AI) and Prami ( prog) and has PCT research stuff like clomid and tamox ( i rec both for pct as combo)

But my plan is to do only one week cycle and quit. Im am not planning to use steroids again. Do you suggest i use nolvadex though out my cycle as an AI?

one week!?! or one "weak" either way I am telling you you shouldent be doing this at this time. you need months of research and thinking IMO....

Im into my 3rd week of my cycle next week, so far iv had no side effect from tren or test. I have been getting reverse. I have been getting good dreams, a really deep good sleep. Once i start experiencing harsh side effects, I will stop. I am a little more aggressive but that fine.
