Injection advice for NEWBIES/EVERYONE

Nice info/advice Chip. I had a question regarding injection sites. Is ANY muscle ok to inject into? I know the glutes are the most popular, but what about deltoids, or say biceps? Does injecting any muscle site yield the same results?

Great info. It EXACTLY reminds me of my first injection. After sterilizing my side of the bathroom, taking forever to make sure I was doing everything right, and letting the needle hover above my skin for what seemed like two minutes, I finally just gave it a shove...and then wondered what all the drama was about. No pain.

First HRT shot this morning. Used the ventro-glute location with a 23g 1". Pretty smooth and pretty painless.

The anticipation of the whole thing was much worse than the reality of it.
