I have always heard its a myth that the spot you inject does not get bigger, then what is the point in people injecting bi and tri or traps chest etc. ??
Simply for ease of pain. If you are pinning twice a week, and stacking injectibles, that's 4 injections a week. That could get painful after awhile. Glutes/quads/delts are the only spots I hit. Biceps and Triceps seem silly to hit IMO.
