When using a propionate drug that must be injected more than once per week, ex. EOD, is it OK to just inject into the glutes, rotating from right to left of course every other injection? Or would one have to do spot injections with that high of a frequency? I've never injected more than twice per week.

No, that's too often in the glute or any one place for that matter. Time to find some new sites, thighs are my favorite, then delts. I try not to hit the same spot more than once a week.

I agree, give your body a break. Multiple stab wounds on a friggin EOD basis is going to put a strain on you in some small way, rotate, no reason not too. Shit if anything my flexibility is down enough that I dont even like doing ass shots anymore.
