Injured @ week 8 of cycle

Guys, I'm lost here. On week 8 of a simple 12 week 500mg wk test e cycle. Kick started with prop, was going to mix in some var for the last few weeks, got all my pct in order. So far I'm seeing some solid gains, achieving my goals, etc... this weekend I re-injured my wrist. Already has screws and plates holding it together from 4 years ago and was fully recovered and functional. Now I'm told I'll need a few weeks to recover, and I probably could get away with working out with light weights and cardio. Is it even worth it to continue with the cycle or just cut it short, start pct and reboot in a few months? Realistically for the next 4 weeks, I could do a million reps a day and hit the rower or the bike for an hour 4 times a week. I just don't know what to expect here. Thanks for your replies.

42. Got started a few years ago after that original injury and responded so well that I kept going on/off 2x a year. Now I'm dreading the idea of cutting short. My idea was to continue with light weights high reps tons of cardio and turn into a leaner version of a cross fit type of physique. I understand the importance of healing, but 99% of my body is 100% functional, and my wrist is about 50% now. Literally screwing it up! Maybe I'll get an oil can like the tin man and be just fine.... oh wait I do have an oil can hahaha.

do you have any weak points that really could use some brining up that don't involve your wrist ? if so use this time and this cycle to build up those weak points

hell if I broke my whole upper body and was in a body cast , and I had weak calves , then I'd blast 500mg of tren a week and do calve raises every damn day

It s ur call obviously

At 22 I had a hernia fixed and was lifting 6 day s albeit sitting down with my feet off the ground but I was so young but either view s expressed are good to go.

U could shred, do ab s like a madman hammer legs.
...down time = depression then f ing up for me so I can t stop.
Hardest part of being locked down last summer for 14 night s was not the food (sucked ) the conversation (sucked ) or even the lack of hygiene but sharing a 10 man cell with 17 bro s 1 latin dude and 2 scared white boy s and ME w no yard time AT ALL.

I think I might just blast whatever does not involve too much wrist movement and see where that takes me. I'm curious to know what your state of mind was when you could continue with a hernia... I mean to say you could lift like an animal in a couple of positions and see some progress in those areas, but other parts of your body got no use at all and maybe you felt like they were getting soft... I could be over thinking it... a mind is a terrible thing. I could just angle all the mirrors to only reflect my legs until next year. Thanks for the input gentlemen.

I would continue. Pct is never a wonderful time as far as the mind goes. Hammer the fuck out of legs and abs. Everyone can use extra attention to legs. Plus legs and abs are the foundation. Workout what you can. You may be able to get creative with machines and cables to do some upper body movements. I've seen youtube videos of amputees still getting it done. Stay positive and don't rush an injury. Your day will come. Best of luck..
