Injury to chest today in the gym?

I'm not a bodybuilder!
Last week in the gym I thought Id up the dumbbells on the flys, this is my 6th month into training btw, As i got to about the 6th rep I felt a pain like I have stretched my muscle it really was not painful at all but i new it was not right.

Any way I trained my chest again on Monday and it was fine, Still a little pain there so i skipped the flys, but today, "yea I'm hitting chest twice a week cause its my weak point" anyway on the first set of flat barbell bench when i got up i felt it really hurting it was quite painful and made me feel weak. what should i do, go see the doc? It is only painful when i try to tense it, It's like i can tense it but its really soft and tendor.

this is on the outer part of my chest the closest bit to my arm.
 
Stop training your chest until you are healed. On chest days just stretch. Twice a week maybe too much. Anyway give it a couple weeks off, then make sure you are completely warmed up before you move into your working sets. If it still hurts then go see a doctor. If you keep training it you could severely mess something up. It could just be a strain.

Pain went starlight after i had a sleep lol I'm just gonna hit the gym normal tomorrow and see how things go
