What exercises will build mass in the inner chest. Im currently seeing my chest get wider and am looking for more definition and mass in my inner chest.
ive been doing pretty basic chest workout:
flat bench- 5x5
incline dumbell- 2 x 8
incline flies- 2 x 8
chest machine- 2 x 8
oh and i do triceps with chest......anything I should change up?
