Input on latest Bloodwork test results

what compounds are you taking ? did you take 4-5 days off of training before doing your blood work ? As heavy training will alter your liver and creatine values on a blood test , as the blood test itself cannot discern wither the enzymes are broken down from the liver or the muscles (and if your training heavily a lot of the enzymes in the blood are from muscle protein break down , not the liver)

Nope. Didn't know I was supposed to do that. ... but I do now!
I might go through withdrawals not being able to workout for that many days in a row!
So I guess that can give you elevated liver numbers that are THIS high?
All I'm on is TRT doses. Just wanted to make sure blood looked good before going in to see TRT doc & have him check my levels as I had upped my test for a little bit.
This was taken on day 5 after my once a week dose. Should've waited two more days for a better trough reading. I had given blood a week before this & was a little worried about hematocrit, but it was okay (could be better, but still ok).

I take Rx meds that jack up my liver values. I ran Tudca for a month and they went down by half and were in the normal range. In two weeks I'll be running bloodwork for my 6 week mark in my cycle and I'll see if those values stayed down or not.

IMO TUDCA is the best way to get liver values down. NAC didn't cut it alone.

^ This . run some TUDCA . then do a de-load week in your training (if you don't want to give up training for 4 days before bloods), purpose of the de-load is that you won't be breaking down muscle , this break down of muscle is what shows up as elevated alt/ast enzymes in a blood test. again the test cannot discern wither these enzymes are from muscle break down or the actual liver.
a de-load week would be focused mainly on metabolite training, again to avoid muscle protein break down. Then re-test

This is good to hear... I just got my TUDCA order a few days ago & have been taking it 2-3 times a day! Also take NAC.

tudca, liv52, choline & inositol, Nac . <-- liver stack. once your values are in range you can drop the Tudca, but i stay on the others year round. you'll help prevent fatty liver as you age as well with that stack. and if you like popping orals pre-workout like i do , then its a necessity.

I only needed one pill a day to halve my levels. You probably don't need that much unless you are actively running orals.
