Goals
I am looking to lose the last of my body fat. I want to get a ripped abdominal before I bulk again. I am currently leaner then I have ever been and I want to push it farther.

Tuesday – Abs and Forearms + 25-30min HIIT
Wednesday – Chest + 25-30 min HIIT
Thursday – Back + 25-30 min HIIT
Friday – Shoulders + 25-30 min HIIT
Saturday – Legs + Free cardio day (jog, sports, kayak, hiking, whatever I feel like)
Sunday - Rest

Supplements
Protein
BCAA’s during cardio
Testofen 3x/day
Reduce XT (cortisol blocker) 3x/day
ZMA - night
Creatine - pre/post workout
Green Tea Extract 3x/day
ECA in the morning
I am also have Activate Xtreme on the way and I want to add Animal Cuts to the mix

How does all this look? Could I add in more cardio? I was thinking about adding in some LISS cardio. I am most concerned about muscle loss during my cut, but I am willing to deal with a little bit. Will I need to do a keto diet like CKD in order to get to 5-8% bf or will what I am doing work? Is muscle loss common with CKD diets? All inputs and suggestions are welcome. Also if you see any parts of my physique that are uneven or that I should work on, please let me know.

Thanks

Just my 2 cents, but consider carb cycling. It is popular, because it works.

Diet is everything.

Also, limit some of your supps... A good multi, fish oil, and caffeine go a long way.

I saw you ordered Animal Cuts and stuff too. I used it once just for shits, and it's a glorified diuretic with caffeine I felt.

If you want to drop the last little bit using a supplement, try clenbuterol. I am on it right now for 2 weeks, and am just over half way. I have a thread if you want to see my before and after when I am done. I am not sure if I am going to run it for 2 more weeks after a 2 week grace period while on keto, but it's a possibility.
