Day 2 Back/Shoulders
military press 5x5
side laterals 3-5x8-10
deads 5x5
chins 2x8-10
shrugs 2x8-10
rows 2x8-10
bent over laterals 2x8-10

Day 3
ABS-20min Cardio

Day 4
Off

Day 5 Bis/Tris
close grip bench 5x5
standing barbell curls 5x5
weighted dips 2x8-10
incline dumbell curls 2x8-10
skull crushers 2x8-10
preacher curls 2x8-10

Day 6 Legs
squats 5x5
leg press or hacks 2x8-10( I dont do any more exercises for quads as I dont need to)
stiff legged deads 2x8-10
leg curls 2x8-10
seated calve raises 5x15

Day 7
ABS-20 min Cardio



all advice is greatly appreciated. This routine was not designed by me...i just added the abs and cardio on off days...
 
Kinda seems like a strange Dorian routine.
Been using Dorian's 7x7 routine and it is torture (awesome). I'll throw it up here. I hope someone trys it...

7 exercises per workout. 1-2 warmup sets per exercise at about 50-60-% Then 1 huge set of 7. Move to next exercise. repeat. Make sure and stretch good.


day 1 - Delts, tri's, traps, abs

day 2 - back

day 3 - complete rest, eat..

day 4 - Chest, Bi's, Abs

day 5 - complete rest, eat.

day 6 - Quads, Hams, calves

day 7 - complete rest, eat
