I have been reading a lot about slin for the past couple of months and decided to give it a shot, and picked up a bottle of Humulin R. I work out in the evening and being a slin newbie was wondering if I should switch to morning workouts. I usually work out around 19:00 and got to bed around 23:00. I am just concerned about going hypo in my sleep, especially because I am using Humulin, not Humalog.
