Hey I'm new here but been creeping on these type of forums here and there... Just to say I'm all about supplementing to give me any extra edge I can get as long as there aren't alot of crazy side effects, permanent damage, cause any kind of issues down stairs, or you know just generally screw anything up. Not really to interested in AS due to the level of risk involved there and seems PHs aren't any better in the risk department. So sarms have really piqued my interest with the claims of being close to AS without all the crazy risk involved with them.. From what I've read it seems like they are mostly safe as long as you get quality product and dose correctly. What I can't seem to figure out really is what sarms i should stack or if their is any thing else I would need with the sarms(seems people still have some other components included and a mini pct which I thought you wouldn't need like you would for AS or PH)? Will any of these chemicals do any sort of harm to anything that has to do with my downstairs area? Any basic otc type supplements I should definitely be on if I'm even thinking this route? How much would i need to increase calories/protein/carbs? Just need some expertise here.
