interested in sarms have questions

Hey I'm new here but been creeping on these type of forums here and there... Just to say I'm all about supplementing to give me any extra edge I can get as long as there aren't alot of crazy side effects, permanent damage, cause any kind of issues down stairs, or you know just generally screw anything up. Not really to interested in AS due to the level of risk involved there and seems PHs aren't any better in the risk department. So sarms have really piqued my interest with the claims of being close to AS without all the crazy risk involved with them.. From what I've read it seems like they are mostly safe as long as you get quality product and dose correctly. What I can't seem to figure out really is what sarms i should stack or if their is any thing else I would need with the sarms(seems people still have some other components included and a mini pct which I thought you wouldn't need like you would for AS or PH)? Will any of these chemicals do any sort of harm to anything that has to do with my downstairs area? Any basic otc type supplements I should definitely be on if I'm even thinking this route? How much would i need to increase calories/protein/carbs? Just need some expertise here.
 
Yes, damage can occur "downstairs" and in your brain/endocrine system.

How old are you? Height? Weight? Body Fat %? Years training? Goals?
 
Honestly this is just more for knowledge at the moment im definitely not anywhere near needing such a thing at the moment. I just got interested in the topic and an trying to clarify some things in not too clear on
 
That is good that you are interested in learning more. Just keep doing your research. But so we can know you better:

How old are you? Height? Weight? Body Fat %? Years training? Goals?
 
Remember, SARMs are certainly not as good as AAS, but like you said the sides are FAR less as well. Depending on what you run, there will be some HTPA suppression, so a PCT will be needed. But like Mega said, we need your stats so we know how to help you. The answers allow us (or rather, others more versed than I) to help you properly.
 
21 5'8 165 10-12ish%bf proper weight training not even a year lol but prolly worked out manually and on occasion free weights 3-4 times a week since I was 14 and did a semester of weight training my senior year in high school.
 
Personally I'd argue the fact that Sarms aren't as good as aas. IMO with a stack they are every bit as legit. With definite benifits like no increased anger, acne they are legal and easy to obtain.

Wait until your brain/endocrine are done developong before you start messing with AAS and things. Age 25. That will give you plenty of time to hang out here and keep learning so you are ready when the time is right.

AAS makes people happy, not angry. "Roid Rage" is a myth. :-)
