so i got my second pair of power pants from inzer and again they are too small. the sizing chart say that 38's are for a lifter from 215 lbs to 230 lbs. well i'm only 200 and things are stilll so frickin tight that when i squat it makes my knees go ahead of my toes. it sucks because i've allready sent back my 36's and had to pay shipping and now have to do it again. so just a note to all who are thinking of ordering these go 2-3 sizes bigger.

on a good note though the belt and wraps i got from them are the shit!!!

if you tried squatting without weight they will usually push your knees forward , you will need the weight for balance .

i usually squat oly style though in training. will that make a difference? but i do change it up to a more conventional pl style incorporating more hips. i might just use them on those days. these fuckers are so tight that it almost cuts off circulation, and thats with no pump.

unfortunately the regual power pants will stretch out once you use them a while .

If you do not sit back the power pants will fuck you up. You need to learn to break at the hips regardless of how you squat.

what exactly do you mean here? can these still be used correctly on oly style squats? it seems that the deeper i go the more it makes my knees go forward. these would be great if i squat to just below parellel, but i go atf.

you MIGHT have to adjust your style slightly but a lot of the problems people experience useing suits/pants when the first start is due to bending at the hips way to late because its easier to bend at the knee with the support on , IF you break at the hips early and sit back more you wont be over the knees as much if at all . i suggest loading up just enough weight on the bar to balance with and just practice , conciously think about sitting back and breaking at the hips . even get someone to stand behind you if it reassures you that you wont fall backward [ which is no big deal if you have the powerrack safety bars in place lol ] .also while you are doing this dont forget to keep the correct arch/back angle , its easy to get into the habit of looking down and bow your back when your concentrating on all the other stuff .
