This log is for Quake

A quick run down of how I'll use Quake. I limiting calories to a slight deficit of maintenence calories.

I've recently had surgery from a work accident and I was down for a month I couldn't do a whole lot after. So I am strictly recomping. I want to add muscle and loose fat.

I'll be using no other supplementation while i log to get a decisive view of what Quake can do on its own. I'm not a big fan of stimulates to control weight. I think diet should control your weight and stimulants interfere with your ability to know your accurate needed calorie consumption. So I'm a fan of preworkout only especially for cardio.

I recieved Quake in the mail today. I mixed one scoop with about 10 Oz of water and drank it on the way to the gym. About 10 minutes after arriving I felt it kicking in. It doesn't make you feel all geeked out like 50mg of ephedrine but it does give a pretty nice energy boost it feels pretty clean or natural. I did feel alert on it. The focus alertness is one thing I hope it continues to provide.

I done biceps today and I was zoned in pretty good I hit them harder then I have in a while. Hopefully the next workout will be as productive.

Fruit punch is the only flavor we have at this time. Hard to put my finger on what it reminds me of, but I do like how it tastes.

The focus is what I really like about Quake.

Today after work I drank my Quake on the way to the gym. Felt it kick in after I changed clothes. That's 2 days in a row it took approximately 20 minutes to really start kicking. Biceps are very sore from yesterday and legs are sore from the day before so all I done was cardio today in fear of over training.

Walked and jog on the treadmill for 10 minutes and felt very alert so i decided to get out one of my school books and hop on the elliptical, I begin reading a chapter and after a while i was sweating pretty good and had a good pace the whole time. At one time i assumed id been riding maybe 15 minuets so i moved my book to look and i was rolling over to the 30th minute. I'd done read an entire chapter in my book. I put my book up to focus on a hard last 10 minutes, I assumed It wouldn't be aggressive being I'd been on for 30 minutes already. ..I fkn killed it. 10 hard impressive minutes.

I weighed 217 yesterday and the same today after I drank some water. I'll check the scale again in a few days to see if it's giving a good thermo effect to aid in fat loss, thier is no doubt that it puts you in the mental state to excel through the workout.

Today after work I came home and changed, drank my Quake and headed to the gym.
I done a quick 2 minutes on a elliptical and hit the weights.

today I focused on shoulders and tris. Focused slightly more on tris cause my arms are definitely smallerr prior to being hurt, my bench is down about 60lbs. Hammered shoulders pretty good, stuck more to movements that involved tris also I incorporated different variants of overhead shoulder presses while intermittently hitting the shoulder machine.

I have been staying awake till 1 or 2 am the last few night I have a big test on Monday so I was fatigued a great deal today. After weight training I really wanted to give up being i hadn't eaten in pushing 5 hours, i forced my self to the elliptical. I pumped out a suitable 15 minuets of hitt alternating in 1 minute and 30 second increments.

weighed today and I narrowly hit 216, that could've been the daily discrepancy between water intake or less carbs i consumed today. If I go down an additional pound in the next few days then Its definitely improving RMR and aiding in overall cardio performance.

Today I had a significant exam so i was stressed to the fkn max. And tierd from being up all night. After class I honestly just wanted to come home and crash. After I made it to the house I drank Quake and begin to change, while acquiring my gym belongings and swapping clothes I started feeling much better and not quite as drained.

Today was just a cardio day and I really assumed it was going to suffer due to my fatigue. When I arrived at the gym it was go time from the moment I walked in.

A strong 20 minutes of hitt on a empty stomach. I was hell of impressed. I was very mentally determined to force a vigorous session out.

Tomorrow I'm going to kill back. I'm not going to weigh till Wednesday.

I got a good night sleep and made it to the gym pretty early. Id only eaten breakfast and hadn't drank Quake yet so I decided to weigh after looking in the mirror and obviously looking leaner. I was at the top end of 215.

I usually aim for loosing 2lbs a week, anymore I notice I began to loose a little muscle. Looking in the mirror I look more muscular then before and have went down in weight which would mean that calories are dead on but quake is definitely adding a boost to fat burning. Ill test this by beginning to take measurements of my bicepts, stomach around the navel, and thighs. Muscle size shouldn't shrink unless the stomach measurement does and as long as strength isn't lost its fat not muscle. Ill start doing a light weight rep max count at the beginning of weight lifting and compare it to the following week. This is (my rule of thumb) of course they have people with great genetics that don't worry with this, unfortunately I am not one of these people. If I loose 3 lbs this week and muscle size doesn't change or barely goes down as the stomach shrinks then Quake is giving a tremendous boost to rmr.

I absolutely destroyed back today. The best back session ive had in a long time.

The 2 key things I want to brag on Quake about so far is 1 it doesn't make you all jittery and crash during the end of your workout. You simply get a nice boost of energy with extreme focus and it just don't quit. And the other is the one I really like, the tub says drink with 8oz of water I have drank It with 8 all the way up to 20 and it works as efficient either way. Almost all other preworkout drinks ive used you need to drink 2 to 3 times the stated amount of water for it to work effectively, that isn't the case here. The fact I don't have to start my session off with water gut is freaking wonderful. That may not be a big issue to other people to me it is.

Ok so all day today my back especially my taps have thanked me for yesterday. I finished my workout approximately 20-30 minutes faster then I typically do. There wasn't much waiting in between sets I would fully recover and it'd be very quickly. Hammering out the sets faster led to a super efficient workout and a sore back not use to that type of punishment.

Today I upped from 1 scoop to 1.5 scoop
Today was legs.

I didn't drink Quake until I was already at the gym and dressed. Warming up on a treadmill it hit me. It was almost like everything except the weights existed. There's no other way to explain it, I got off the treadmill and literally attacked the weights. Maybe a minute and a half between sets. I had the jello legs and I was forcing more and never felt tierd it was nuts.

I weighed today I'm loosing fat while not burning up lots of muscle all day which is fantastic. Receiving an amount of focus that's unreal. My legs were abused today. When I left the gym i went straight to subway and ordered a double meat sandwich, I don't care if if i diet cheated after that session I was scared of being crazy sore so i sucked down some calories.
So far Quake is much more then I thought it'd be. Without question it's superior over other brands I've ran.

I been extremely busy the last few days only made it in for a hit and quit quick cardio session. Today I took 2 scoops and hit biceps and claves. I pumped out endless extra sets on my bis and a few on my calves. I spent 10 minutes on the elliptical and 10 on the treadmill. Treadmill was on full incline at 3.2mph and I walked for 10 minutes straight. Soaking wet never decline to rest. Very good workout. Weight hasn't went up or down the last few days. Waist has stayed close to the same although I'm pretty sure I got harder everywhere. I need to test my fat % so far so good on results

Haven't posted in a few days the gym visits have been hit and miss, I've had to choose priority between the gym or studying the last week. So I been making some quick cardio sessions but I've been saving the Quake for the lifting sessions.

Today I played doulbe up and hit legs and chest. That's a hell of a workout so i done no cardio. After having a few days of nonuse then taking a two scoop dose was pretty damn intense. The fact that I hit the two largest muscle groups and didn't lag in my workout is evidence that as long as you have a few days between use it doesn't loose potency or effect.

Again I'm going to brag on Quake for not having to drink 5 gallons of water through a tough workout. It's an amazing preworkout so far.

And the 2 scoops can only be described as "HARD CORE" There is no way I'd advice that for a person under 190lbs or to anyone for first time use. You definitely need to assess your tolerance first.

But answer in short, I really liked it.

Made it to the gym feeling good and refreshed today. Hit legs. Started with 10 minutes of inclined walking and drinking Quake. Started with squats. I've been going very light attempting not to aggravate my recent surgery. This was the first time I done a 2 scoop leg day. Endurance was great I done set after set. The pumps were awesome. My calfs looked enormous. A guy actually complimented me on them and how vascular they were. Had my legs not of been jello from the endless set of squats I done I would have done some cardio, but there is no way it was needed. I like the creatine mix in Quake so far it's working rather nicely.
