But on a serous note, what do these pictures honestly tell you? What advice can anyone give me from what they see? Please be as particular as you can. I signed up with 3J for 6 his 6 month plan last night. So I should have everything from him to start within a week.

You have some work ahead of you, but you can definitely do it. Hooking up with 3J is a perfect start. He won't steer you wrong.
 
So i was just looking up some other info while I was waiting for you guys to repsond and I found this bundle for first time cycle;

Week 1-12 Testosterone Enanthate 500mg
Clomid Starting 3 weeks after last injection at 100mg per day for 10 days
50 mg day 11-30 Nolva starting 3 weeks after last injection
20mg day 1-15 Nolva also used in case of gynecomastia symptoms during cycle.

Is this a good complete package for first time users?

let pe put it in simpler style to read:

wk1-12 (or 14) 500mg teste or cyp every week ( avoid sust IMO)
wk1-13 AI : Dex 0.25-0.5mg eod
wk14-18 PCT: 4 weeks: 50mg clomid ed , 4 weeks Tamox 20mg ed

DONE :)

I agree, the diet tuning will only help your gains later on and help you now too.


OP your not bad. hit diet and training hard for a year or two and i bet you will be blown away :)

I'd get blood work done as a starting point, along with fixing your diet and making the gym a regular habit. At 34 with your body fat level, your estradiol is likely higher than it should be. An aromatase inhibitor like aromasin could lower estrogen and boost your natural testosterone levels by 50 to 100%. This would make building muscle and cutting down to 15% "naturally" an easier task. Starting an AI doesn't have the same risks as starting your first cycle with AAS.

You really need to force yourself to go to the gym for a while. Accept that this is part of your life now. No excuses except for major illness or injury. Just force yourself to go even if you don't feel like going. After a while it becomes routine, part of your daily life. Weightlifting becomes something you look forward to every day if you keep doing it for a while.
