I'm trying to shed excess fat I gained after a few surgeries that kept me away from training for way too long! My diet is on point, my dilemma is that my cardio is limited to the stationary bike only since I have have severe arthritis in my knees. Until I get my knee replacement, the good old days of intense training are gone. A friend told me to look into 176-191 for fat loss. I'm not to well versed with peptides. How would I cycle this and do I need to stack it with anything?
