I'm heading in week 5 of a 10 week sus cycle (with Winstrol (winny) to be added later) and i've gone from 210 to 220 and have stayed at 220 for the last 3 weeks, however, my bf% has dropped from 18% to 16% during this time. Is this still considered bulking if my wieght hasn't changed? If not, should I add more cals, drop some cardio, or both? Should I stay at 500 sus/wk or up it to 750? Insight please.

bulking or cutting is mostly a matter of diet , if your not happy with 10 pounds of weight gain along with your body fat dropping up your calories , my guess would be that your diet has remained the same at 220 as it was at 210 and if it has your calories were enough to bulk at 210 but at 220 they are a maintenance amount . adding 250 more mg of test wont add pounds , upping calories adds pounds .
