Is it that scarce?

I am interested in IGF LR3 and have been reading alot about it. I have also read that it is a hard thing to get a hold of (Not asking for a source so hold your horses). I was just wondering how hard it is for you guys or your friends to get it. I know LR has it but there were some conflicts I beleive to whether or not it was stable. Let's hear it.

It is stable in benzyl alcohol. It is relatively easy to get nowadays. Since it is legal, feel free to email me for a reference.
