No, hcg is only used to prevent testicular atrophy, preserve fertility, or as an HRT analogue/monotherapy. You don't use it as a "jump start" like clomid. There are some threads on the site with different protocols. Use the search function. There may even be one on the stickeys. Take your pick.
Basically what i am saying is, you can use Hcg FOREVER if it restores your testosterone to an acceptable level. If the e2 is too high then you can throw in some low dose AI.
You can do the same thing with clomid, but clomid is known to hide the mental effects of testosterone so you might not feel as good on it. Some people love it, others hate it.
Your last choice is to take straight up testosterone. You could add an AI to control estrogen levels, and hcg to preserve fertility and testicular size.
You could try a clomid restart before all this, but those don't always work. Do the research, take your pick.
In my opinion, Hcg is the best if it works for you. You kill two birds with one stone. Restoring testosterone AND fertility at the same time, but the caveat is that not everyone testicles respond to lh/fsh/hcg. You also have to mix hcg and refrigerate it which can be a hassle. Every form of HRT has it's advantage. Clomid is just a fucking pill you have to take, but again, some people get the "weepy" effect on it.
