Yeah i REALLLY REALLLLY dont want to be on trt.

For a restart should I try clomid only? or try clomid/nolva/hcg?

if so with the clomid/nolva/hcg, what doses do I need to take?

i ordered clomid, nolvadex, and arimidex for now. going to skip on the hcg since i believe thats only needed it your testes arent working properly. which for 475 test level mine seem to be working but just need a kick from clomid i hope.

I would rec Hcg for a few weeks and clomid at lowish dose for 2-4 months , get off for a month then go for blood work n see where you are at

BTW I highly rec rui's clomi for research.

i wanted to take hcg, but i was reading up on it and confused on out to mix it and all that. kinda wish i ordered it now. since im at almost 500 test could that mean im still producing test and hcg isnt necessarily needed?

Mixing Hcg is the annoying part. You gotta reconstitute that shit. Who knows, 500 could be your default testosterone. You will never know if you didnt get pre cycle blood work. Most people do not. Most likely your test before the cycle was slightly higher. It's hard to tell because some people get shutdown harder than others. When you think about it, i'm sure there are a lot of people with genetically low testosterone...

im thinking i possibly just have low test naturally, i've never been an aggressive person, always laid back. always been underweight with low bf. lately i've had a high sex drive, no prob getting it up.

only thing bothering me is this acne i STILL have. idk if it's because my test is too low and has been trying for months to kick back up, or if my estrogen is elevated. i have no idea.

i called my doctor and talked to the secretary, i asked for FSH, LH, and E2 bloods. they said he'd call me back to confirm i can do it. still havent heard anything tho

dude your levels arent considered low t...

and quit talking to doctors.. do what everybody else does and go thru privatelabs or w.e....

you asking for all these tests basically red flags you for abusing hormones and then getting any sort of insurance once you get off your parents because i can sense your not old enough to have your own since your willing to risk it

not only that but your god damn lucky to have that high of levels after using any sort of hormones

edit - and mixing hcg is simple.. if you get a 1000iu kit you mix it with 4mL of water and every 1cc would be 2500iu or up to 10iu on the pin would be 250iu.... its simple math

problem is i cant go through private labs or i would have a LONG time ago.

check privatelabs, "Due to state laws, we cannot provide services for RESIDENTS in NY, NJ, MA, MD or RI.". I live in MD, there are NO private labs u can just buy tests from and goto, you HAVE to go through a doctor. I've also thought about driving an hour and a half to PA to do it but problem is u need your address info, ID, and credit card, so u cant.

also he told me his best friend took supplements from gnc and come to find out it gave him gyno so he didnt seem surprised i had acne and was concerned, if he asks why i want LH/FSH/E2 tests ill just tell him ive done research and my test seems low for my age, i just want to confirm everything is working properly. i dont think it will be a problem, hopefully.

im honestly considering confessing and getting it over with so i can get the help i need. this acne is pretty bad and im thinking i screwed up something and the more i've been waiting the more i'm worrying. if it wasnt for the acne im not sure id notice anything going on with me though. i can tell im slightly less motivated to do stuff, energy is also slightly low. libido is fine, im not sure if its the acne just making me depressed so its messing with me.

also this may sound stupid/weird lol. but i've measured my balls and looked up the average size, and they seem to be the average size. does this mean im ok with not taking the hcg, should the clomid/nolva hopefully do the trick?

i know hcg is kind of meant to give a kick to the testes to start flowing again, drop your balls, etc.

if i seem like i really need hcg i will just place a second order and bite the bullet on the shipping fees, my health is worth more than 40 extra dollars.

also the only vial i can get my hands on is 5000iu, how would my dosing be?

If you were to use 1ml to dilute this, youd have 5,000iu/ml
If you were to use 2ml to dilute this, youd have 2,500iu/ml
If you were to use 5ml to dilute this, youd have 1,000iu/ml

correct?

If i do get it, how much should i inject?

Testicle size has nothing to do with testosterone. There is one way to know if you were exposed to high levels of testosterone in the womb, and that is your finger digit ratio, this can affect your brain permanently but thats a different topic for a different thread. Clomid is a very effective test booster but a lot of people feel the estrogenic effect and it blocks the benefits of the actual test increase. That is why they are developing a clomid derivitive that only contains the anti-estrogenic isomer and leaves out the estrogenic one.Theoretically this would boost test without any of the clomid side effects. Also keep in mind that libido and erectile function are two different things. Libido is how much you want and enjoy sex. That has nothing to do with how hard your dick gets. Castrated dogs are known to get erections, it doesnt mean they have good testosterone levels.

Ah ok, I thought if you had no libido it meant your testosterone was messed up. Didn't realize it also was based on how hard you can get. That's actually something I haven't paid any attention to so I probably should. Thinking about when I was with my girl last week, it seemed fine to me.. but I could just be thinking that.

What do you mean by the clomid fact you stated? As in people feel the estrogenic effect and it blocks the benefits of the actual test increase.. Do you mean since people feel the estrogen side of it more they can't really feel the test side? Like they are more emotional, depressed, etc. so you can't really notice that your test is increasing and high test effects? (aggression, etc.)

Some people have shitty test and they have good libido and hardness. Sexual health is more complicated than just testosterone levels. You need to take into account cardiovascular/psychological health, dopamine/neurotransmitter levels, prolactin/estrogen etc.

Yes, clomid might get them to 800 ng/dl for total testosterone but the clomid is activating estrogen receptors in the brain. This makes you feel like you have estrogen in your body. People get the moody, cry baby clomid effect, or maybe a neutral effect canceling out the testosterone increase. Some people like their clomid only TRT but most that i have read it's not amazing for the actual "feeling". You would have a better chance with Hcg and AI. Hcg will maintain fertility, testicular size, etc. It's annoying having to mix it and keeping it refrigerated though.

so do you think the clomid will work at all for me restoring my test? or its impossible to say

Hard to say without knowing your LH and FSH values, but more than likely you will see a decent increase in TT levels. If your worried about the moody/bitchy side effects from clomid, use torem instead. Basically the same drug, same effectiveness minus the estro-like side effects.

I'm going to try clomid/nolva again. Dosing at 50/50/25/25 and nolva 20/20/10/10

I was pretty emotional on this during my pct forever ago, though I feel like it was probably worse then because I just came off cycle so my test was probably extremely low.

I guess we shall see. Even if I'm a bitch on it I'll prob keep with it anyway. Way worth it in the long run. Could this treatment make my acne worse? That's when I started breaking out horribly but it also prob had to do with being shut down and elevate estrogen. I feel like my estrogen might still be elevated because I never did take an ai. Would my e2 levels be lowered by now or is it a possibility they haven't dropped?

I'm saying even if clomid works to raise your testosterone levels, you might not get relief from low testosterone symptoms because clomid also acts as an estrogen in your body. It blocks AND activates estrogen. It is called a SERM, a selective estrogen receptor modulator. It blocks your pituitary gland's estrogen receptors, so your brain thinks you have low estrogen. It then sends a signal to your testes to make more testosterone. If it were my choice, i would use Hcg over clomid or testosterone. A combo of Test, hcg, and ai is probably the best though.

You cannot guess what your blood levels for anything are. You need new blood work. Plain and simple. Don't guess, go by side effects or how you feel. Get blood work, then you can start trying new things. Yes it's a pain in the ass. Which is why taking steroids is a serious decision that gets taken lightly far too often.

When i discontinue the clomid won't the effects of estrogen go away? Since its technically blocking my estrogen and not adding to it?

If you are doing a restart and it actually works, you would keep a higher testosterone level than when you were shutdown but it won't be as high as when you are on the clomid.
