Is TRT inevitable with steroid use?

I've been researching quite a bit on anabolic steroids. Most people say that the side effects are overblown way out of proportion, but what about the long-term effects? Initially, I became enthusiastic on steroid use, but have learned that potential long term effects can be devastating, especially when you turn 30 or 40 and end up having to get an injection every day or week for the rest of your life. I've read about a few guys in their 20's who experience the same thing!

Some guys say that they hopped on testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) because they were more aware of their declining testosterone numbers, but how do you explain younger guys with impeccable cycles that have to go on it as well?

I'm interesting in reading some opinions on here. Anyone been using steroids for a while that has gone on TRT? Or not needed it?

a successful cycle will not leave you needing testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) . it is alot harder for people later in age like 30+ to recover fully back to natural production they once had however , if u cycle properly and do a good pct , u wont need testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) , however years of use and abuse can lead to different scenarios , everyone also reacts differently

before i cycled i had testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) levels, never smoked weed, done coke or anything else, my test levels were 159ng/dl so to answer ur question no. eventually all guys will be able to go on testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) with time

There are probably over one hundred different reasons why men are put on testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) for hypogonadism. Cycling AAS is one of them. Keep in mind that you do amplify your chances of causing HPTA damage by choosing your cycles poorly or not having a proper post cycle therapy (pct). Just be sure to do all of your homework BEFORE you stick that needle in.
