(2) becoming good at running is like lifting weights. Few are good runners to start in todays society, but like lifting weights, just start easy, be consistent and build up your strength slowly. I some times think running helps with gym workouts and it certainly gives me a better quality of life. Your cardiovascular system will thank you.
