ok i just planned out this diet. im not going to list everything i eat. But i wanted to know if this ratio Protien/carbohydrates/fat is good for bulking. let me know if i need to raise or lower anything.
this is how many grams it is. 354/760/111
the ratio comes out to be 26%/ 56%/ 18%
my weight is around 250-260. The most ive gotten to is 262. but this diet has more carbs and protein for this time around so im hoping to get to 270. let me know what you think
