Is this diet ok??

Yeah, it's not too bad. I LOVE PASTA/CARBS, trust me...I am currently doing a keto diet and I can't wait till my refeed days!

do you think once i have the excess weight off what im wanting too get off will it be ok to eat them foods again without the risk of putting the bad weight back on? iam wanting to end up heavier then iam currently in the long run, but i want it to be good weight not fat.

Well yeah you can add carbs back in, don't go crazy though. They will have to be clean carbs though.....you can enjoy yourself every once in a while. None of those are really that clean of carbs, sweet potatoes are clean carbs that are sooo tasty!
 
I still havn't tryed sweet potatos yet, i've seen alot mentioning them though! ill be buying some of them my next trip to the supermarket to try out ;)

If you don't end up liking them, try cutting them up into fries, and throwing 'em in the oven at 425 till they're nice and crispy. Taste a lot better this way.
 
take 4 sweet potatos... boil in water for 40 min.. .peel skin.. put in big bowl.. add salt pepper garlic powder and parmisan cheese powder....


tastes amazing... easy to make.. and will give u 2-3 days worth of carbs for 2-3 meals a day (predicated on your bmr/tdee and goals)
