Is this excessive?

I'm only doing this for a week to see how I respond.

But yesterday's workout was:
3x10 leg extentions (warm up)
10x10 leg presses
10x10 leg curls
10x10 leg extentions
10x10 straight leg deadlifts
10x10 leg adductor

And then today:

10x10 chest press
10x10 incline chest press
10x10 dips
10x10 flys
400 reps of Ab's, using various exercises to target all aspects of the muscle group.

(Note: I wasn't trying to PR on any of these lifts. I kept it to about 70% of my max)

Both workouts took me about 2.5 hours.

Do you guys think it would hurt my body too much to run a workout like this for every bodypart, say.. once a month?

as long as you go really heavy looks good. eh once a month? no, 2 times a week

Ranger that.

I was hoping I'd get an answer like that.

I worry about overtraining.. But I think I'm in danger of undereating, moreso than overtraining.

Pssh, try the 10x10, man.

It's fucking killer.

On the incline presses, I started at 40lbs and worked my way up in 5lb increments. Total smoker.... Or maybe I've just got too much sand in my vagina :(

Edit: 70% of 110lbs on DB's for chest press. Pretty much the same for incline.

Leg presses, I was going about 700lbs. For a few sets I upped it to 750.

you make me look like an old man "RANGER"

It's those Scotch/German genetics.

(not serious)

But I mean, I've gotten my weights way up on very low test, few months ago it was 346ng/dl. So when I actually got my Test levels up, strength went through the roof. That's all I can really attribute it to.

today's workout:

Deadlifts:
1 x warmup, 10x10 315lbs

Front pulldowns: 10x10

Wide grip rows: 10x10

Behind the neck pulldowns: 10x10

close grip rows: 10x10

Shrugs: 10x10

Went as heavy as I could. I think tomorrow is going to suck :(

Took about 2 hours.

Still not excessive?

Re:

Exceeding the usual bounds of something; extravagant; immoderate.

"I personally consider putting a wide vibrato on a single 16th triplet note at 160 beats per minute rather excessive."
