This is my lean mass diet:
1) 2 packets flav. oatmeal, 1 carton liquid eggwhites
2) 10 oz red potatoe, 8 oz turkey burg
3) 2.5 scoops pro, 2 scoops vitargo
4) 2 oz (dry) brown rice, 8 oz chicken breast
5) 10 oz red potatoe, 8 oz lean beef
6) 2 oz (dry) brown rice, 8 oz chicken breast
Also take glutamine and flax oil

Now my question; can I cook my potatoes in a pan with vegetable oil? It has no trans fat. Would this change the effect of the carbs in any way, and is there a limit on how much veg. oil I should use if it is ok? Im pretty sure I have read veg. oil is a good fat, and a lot of people use it with salad.

i knew a guy who used vegetable oil one time, and he blew up. True story.

I wouldnt use it as liberally as olive oil or fish oil.

Olive oil is preferable. I've never seen anyone cook with fish oil.....I thought they just came in capsule form.

i dont think the fish oil would hold up well to high heat cooking .

oh i didnt mean cook with the olive and fish oil, i just meant consume.

olive oil burns easily too.

why don't you cook them without the oil and then drizzle a little olive oil over them after their done. Heck add a little parmesan cheese.....just a little though :)
