Update:

day 3 since the first injection and for every day that goes past i feel that my ass feels more an more. i think it is because the body is not use to that. when do you think i will feel that the testo starts to kick in?
 
Day7: 2nd Incetion... Went perfect.. peace of cake 500mg.

i have decided to go for 500mg Ew in 12 weeks instead of 250mg Ew.
since i have read and heard that 250mg is a very low dose.

I have got 40 winnys 50mg/piece of my friend since he did get over in his cycle will go with 50mg Ed week 8-12 the last 4 weeks. is it a good plan?

it dosent seem that someone want to follow my cycle. maybe i should stop update? maybe i should do it little more intressting and run my training here to.

i would stick with 500mg test per week. save the Winstrol (winny) for another day.

Yesterday Day 11:

still waiting for the test to kick in. took my first 50mg Tbol. 2 in the morning and 3 at night. will run it for 5.7weeks so it will kick in faster until the test start to work.

weight now: 163.89Lbs
I am up 5.38lbs in 11days

i have no tbol experience, but i usually notice some strength from the test around week 3. i think you should notice some growth very soon, maybe next week or so. keep eating.

oki but that seems ok sunday 3rd injection then i am on week3. i am eating 3600kcal a day. protein 250-300g/day. carbs 350-400g/dat and fat 70-80g/day

My diet is very clean. Good carbs and good fats.

Update week 6

cant understand what happended when the test kicked in after week 4.
hoy shit man... the strenght went up to the roof. i am getting bigger and talk about CRAZY PRESSURE AND CRAZY PUMPS 24/7.

My diet: Ver clean and 4500cals/day.
Carbs: 45%
Protein: 35%
Fat: 20%

the sideffects is coming like mails to me.

Sideeffects: Heace often, depressions often, Shivers often, Acne on my back. small but a toons of them.

here are some stats before and 6weeks in to test cycle. all this stats is 3set and 6reps/set.

Stats Before:

Benchpress: 165lbs
Legpresses: 264lbs
Deadlifts: 132lbs
Squats: 154lbs
Chest Dumbell presses: 82lbs
dumbell shruggs: 87lbs

Stats Now 6 weeks after:

Benchpress: 209lbs
Legpresses: 440lbs
Deadlifts: 165lbs
Squats: 198lbs
Chest dumbellpresses: 92lbs (easy) dont have 99lbs only 105lbs. havent tryed it yet. will do soon
Dumbellshruggs: 105lbs

NOW I REALLY NOW WHY EVERYONE SAYS USE TEST... IT FUCKING ROCKS!

Good results man. Though I would probably have weighted until you were a little heavier, it's okay. Be careful with the weight increases. It's a large amount of stress on your joints and tendons when you up the weight very fast. Anabolic Androgenic Steroids (AAS) is fun when done properly!!!

you put on some good muscle during the cycle. nice work. bro did you try anything for the acne? antibacterial soap, benzoil peroxide etc?

keep at it. hit them legs hard.

Lower your shoulders a bit when posing, you seem to stick them up to your head.
