that is awesome man!!!! I am happy for you brother, and thank you for choosing IMT, they are my guys :)

keep us posted!!

Congrats. Sounds like they put up with a lot over there. I know I've put one of the reps through hell. They spend way more time then any other place I've contacted. None of the pay up or were not taking to you. The fact you can have some one look over your blood so quickly and get solid advice is nice.

Thanks for choosing us fellas!!!! Now eat right, lift hard, and get the body comp you always wanted :)

Ok its been a week now that I am on my therapy (actually been taking from my doctor as well but only 1 ml every 3 weeks, this stopped since I went with IMT).. Doing 1ML of test c twice a week on M-T for a total of 420mg a week for 11 weeks and probably only thing I feel at this point is a little more energy and strength in the gym..I am taking 0.5 Anastrazole M-W-F and I am suppose to take the HCG the day before I do my test for a total of 1000 ius a week..Taking finestride everyday and also have the shampoo just in cae my hair goes south..I am 47 6'0 and just got weighed yesterday at doctors for my physical 216lbs and I gained 10LBS in the last 2 weeks...??? What?? as I have been eating awesome, fish, chicken, steak, eating 5 times a day all proper foods and training my balls off and have been..Could the weight gain be from ther test (water) and could this happen this sudden.. My wife says I look great but just weirded me out with such a gain in weight in 2 weeks...Other than that I will keep everyone updated through this, I need to do before photo to show progress as well.

420mg a week is a pretty high dose of Test Cyp. I think that is how much lots of guys running cycles use. I have to imagine that is going to put your TT well above normal.

How did you get a doctor to prescribe you that dose of test cyp? Any unusual circumstances in your case that would warrant that dose for testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) purposes? I'm jealous! :-)

You're definitely going to have some water retention taking Test, but you say you're busting your a** off at the gym and your diet is spot on ...MUSCLE GAINS!! :D

Just my protocol Magatron...Went through IMT and their doctors and this is the plan I chose as well...I will have to stay on the testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) after this and drop down to 200 once done this run..Yes Lindsay you are correct ....

How long are you running that protocol for before you switch back to testosterone replacement therapy (TRT)? I didn't know there were doctors out there that prescribed "cycles".

Nothing wrong with a higher dosage when beginning testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) if you fall into the category of having a high risk BMI or lots of visceral fat. The studies clearly show that although mood is altered at physiological doses, there is not as significant change in BMI. It is not the testosterone that reduces your risk for CVD and Metabolic Syndromes, it is the reduction of visceral fat in and around the organs.

So if a man is out of shape or is having trouble removing fat from the abdominal region or organs, the fat that leaves you 8 times more likely to get diabetes, then a higher dose is justified. All short term (12 weeks) studies show very minimal risk with supra-physiological doses but show a large improvement in visceral fat reduction. Dosages under 200 did not produce a significant change in most studies.

This is different from the guy who is in shape and needs testosterone more for the behavioral effect it has, he will need far less.

Setting a goal to improve your muscle to fat ratio can be achieved with the higher dosages, sometimes with the lower doses it is not sufficient to improve your BMI. So this is not a cycle, a cycle would involve someone who did not have a testosterone deficiency and planned on coming off to restore natural testosterone levels.

Just my 2 Cents

We conclude that changes in circulating testosterone concentrations, induced by GnRH agonist and testosterone administration, are associated with testosterone dose- and concentration-dependent changes in fat-free mass, muscle size, strength and power, fat mass, hemoglobin, HDL cholesterol, and IGF-I levels, in conformity with a single linear dose-response relationship. However, different androgen-dependent processes have different testosterone dose-response relationships.

Testosterone dose-response rel... [Am J Physiol Endocrinol Metab. 2001] - PubMed - NCBI

There has been a paucity of studies within the last 5 years to examine the efficacy of this treatment modality. testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) has been shown to have the above-mentioned beneficial effects. However, the impact of these beneficial interactions in COPD patients in the form of improved quality of life or survival has not been shown. Direct gain in respiratory function has not been clearly demonstrated. A small study demonstrated an improvement in maximal inspiratory pressure without any concomitant improvement in quality of life.[49] Another study revealed increased durations of hypoxemia in the testosterone replacement group.[53] Testosterone replacement studies have been riddled with controversies attributable to

variability in definition of testosterone deficiency,

variability in interpretation,

variability in dosages used for replacement (subphysiological vs. supraphysiological), and

small cohort studies with variable inclusion criteria and study populations.

Just want to back up the statements up and for people to understand the problem! Having a higher dose of testosterone replacement therapy can be very good to help reduce subq fat. To be quite honest too many overlook the effects higher BF% can impact your health. Some people can suppress their HPTA based solely from being overweight, and once your T levels go down and E goes up it snowballs leading to it becoming more and more difficult to reduce that bodyfat leading to cardio-vascular diseases and/or diabetes. Taking a look at the top 5 causes of death; heart disease(stroke #4) comes in the number one spot from the centers of disease control and PREVENTION. It is unfortunate that the whole health industry didn't look at people's health in the same manner. This post kinda derailed so I apologize Moegreen and I am glad everything is going well for you! You are in good hands.

FASTSTATS - Leading Causes of Death
Number of deaths for leading causes of death
Heart disease: 597,689
Cancer: 574,743
Chronic lower respiratory diseases: 138,080
Stroke (cerebrovascular diseases): 129,476
Accidents (unintentional injuries): 120,859

No worries Daniel, good read and I know I am in good hands and have no doubt in what I am doing or the protocol that is set up, especially when my test levels were hitting the 280 mark, everyone is diffrent and at 47 it is very tough to get the energy and drive most people have even if I look healthy on the outside, inside was a slow death for me ..Gym opens at 7 this morning and off I go fellows...One more thing, being a pilot it also helps to have my concentration levels back and have a clearer outlook, it does make a difference, and being in the gym and seeing results faster is just a bonus.....

Awesome info! The IMT staff never ceases to amaze me with your info and willingness to share it so openly. I know several places they won't discuss anything until you have coughed up the cash, paid for their outrageous testing and or bought into their private membership. Moegreen I am glad your starting to see results. I'm like a kid waiting for Xmas to get here.

Well 3 weeks in the books on my testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) and I feel great..Everything seems to be getting better each day and feel like I am well 25 again..Strength has gone up and have more energy and sex drive as well..I am glad a chose the bigger dose as it is working out perfect, been 20 plus years since I did have this feeling...I cant wait for weeks 5@6 when this really kicks in to see how I respond to this amazing old friend..Like to thank IMT for my chance at a new life again and helping me see clearly..Well off to the gym will keep everyone updated next week after 4th week..Picture from week 2 so I can show you what I look like so far, not a great one but get the idea.View attachment 550511
