Your grip will improve the longer you pull. The gripper might help but at the same time dont use it too much to where it effects your pulls. Every exercise you do helps your grip strength exceptions squats.
I have the heavy grips starrting form 100lbs - 300lbs gonig up in 50lb increments they have helped my grip quite a bit I've gone from having ot strap in for 275 to be able to hold 345 in my hands... I can currently close the 200lb gripper... 250 should be going down in the next few months.
