Ive been natural for two years and i want to see more results.

Im 6 3 and 180 lbs.
19 years old
i workout 5-6 days a week doing cross fit once a week
i eat around 4500 calories a day depending on how much cash i have
ive only gained 25 lbs in the past 2 years and i want be bigger and stronger, faster
i want to be a solid 215
should i take anything?
how can i get the results i want faster?
 
keep training naturally bro. i was in the same boat @ 19. it took alot of hard work and EATING to break 200lbs for me. your test & GH levels are the highest they will ever be now (naturally) so take advantage of it. up your calories slowly and see at what point u start adding too much fat compared to muscle. Eat a shitload of veggies and fruits,they help alot. eat alot of good quality meat too. lot of fish & chicken breast etc. if u wanna increase test levels use ZMA (zinc magnesium) it works, jump on all the natural stuff u want too. a good multi (i like animal pak) creatine, whey protein, BCAA's, zma, but believe it or not bro, you are probably not done growing. i dont mean height, but your frame. my clavicles did get alot wider after 19 yrs old (wider shoulders& back) . i completely stopped growing @ 24 or so.....i reached 225lbs by age 21. i wanna call that my natural peak but i wouldnt know because i ended up tearing my knees. anyway i know how you feel bro, and if someone had offered me to go on a cycle back then, i probably would have, but thankfully no one i knew had any sources to get them from. i am so glad i waited til i was 23 to go on. trust me bro. reach your natural peak. you will be glad you did!
 
dont do the bs test boosters at 19 your balls are already full of test.Lift natty to around 25 then see if u want more.Nothing fast in this game bro
