^Thanks a lot guys, I really could've probably been more strict on my diet. I mean I hit my caloric goals each day, and 300+ protein, but I didn't have a set routine. Partly the job, but I know I could've done better.
All I can think about now is Deca....Deca....Deca. Lol. Can't wait to try 2 cc's Test and 2 cc's Deca a week this summer.
I am planning a trip middle august, so I'll be starting a quick 10-12 wk deca/test cycle by June 1.
So here I am, about 236 in morning, gained 30 lbs. Harder than I thought I'd be. It's alll diet bros....none of that bloated excuses for getting fat on cycle. \\
