Sorry Yeah-Im-Big...must be that damn Tren/Fina kicking in. Didn't mean to jump down your throat Bro, my apologies. As to my stats, well here they are:
6'4" tall, 300 pounds, at the end of a megacycle, been cycling for over 12 years, 38 years old, former strength coach at a Big Ten University, competed once in a State bodybuilding competition some years ago.
 
that's cool man. I've only been on it for 1 year. Right now i'm 9.5%bf at 220. But, I'm only 19. I know that's young, but i have to stay competitive for the sports. I'm doing my first show in a month.

I was 220 pounds at 19 as well naturally, then went up to a natural plateau of 240, did my first cycle at 25 and jumped up to 260, now I am an old man at 300 pounds with almost 15% body fat (hey, it happens when we age!).

Now i feel bad for stamping all over this thread...sorry Ken Lawson...LOL.

Try wearing 50lb wrist straps while jerking the juicer and make sure to get at least 4 sets of 20 with each hand before spewing. This works quite well for me.:laugh3:
