well ive been training off and on for a couple of yrs but been serious ever last year. my training style is dorian yates style. i dont know no other way than to lift heavy. i do 3 sets 6-8 reps each body part getting hit once a week . so far since ive been tryin burn fat ive been doing cardio which is using a treadmill 2 times a week for 1hr at 3.5 speed. my diet is consist of dave palumbo ckd diet. so far ive been able to remove fat slowly. i was 201 pds in the second week of dec and up to now im 188pds . im 5'6 30 yrs old . my goal is to get cut for the first time in my life and bulk up in the winter .thank u for the replys guys and looking forward on doing a log! 3j here i come!
