Please help,
I have just had a baby(3mos ago) and I am now back to the gym 3-5 days a week. During my pregnancy I gained 40 pounds and I have already lost 30! I was in good shape before my pregnancy and only have about 10 pounds to lose. I have tried some Thermapro with ehpedra but want something to add muscle!. Now I would like to lose 10 more pounds and really tone up. Some muscles but not bulky! I am 5"6 145 pounds! I lift wieghts now usually doing a couple body parts a day. I am pretty hardcore with the weights and I am confident that I am doing the rights things there. I have been considering using some PVL-Primo?? What sort of dosage would I be looking for?? Side effects??? And duration?? Or any other suggestions??? Don't want to grow a beard or any other male stuff!! No offense!!
 
First of all, I know how you feel. I too gained 40 lbs when I was pregnant and the first 30 lbs came off right away. The other 10 I just dieted away. I wouldnt take a leap to Primo right now. Your hormones are still fluctuating from the pregancy and take some time to get back to normal. The last thing you need to throw into the mix is an AAS. Even after some time, if you decide you still want to try an AAS, I would start with anavar, not primo. People talk about how primo is the mildest injectable steroid for women but it can have side effects. First of all, its hard to find real primo. I did and ran a cycle of it and had quite a few side effects, most reversed luckily but Im still questioning whether or not I will do it again. For 10 lbs of pregnancy weight I would just stick to diet and training and maybe a fat burner pill. Perhaps if you posted your diet and training some of the ladies here could help you tweak it to get better results. Chelsea

Thanks for the quick response!! Do you have any good suggestions for fat buners???? I am not real fond of the ehpedra!! I am already a first time paraniod mom and don't sleep as it is!! Definetly don't need ehpedra to boot! I find it gives me bad jitters!! What about gaining muscle?? Any suggestions there?? Protein supplements???

fantastic advice chelsea!

also, if you are feeding your child breast milk, it's really inadvisable to be taking Anabolic Androgenic Steroids (AAS) at the same time because the hormones will pass into the milk.

if you don't respond well to stimulants, i'm not sure what fat burners i can really suggest. maybe someone else will have an idea.

as for protein shakes... i really really recommend you buy some evopro (it's made by cytosport). check the store here and see if they carry it. it's low carb and TASTY.

i'd stay away from Anabolic Androgenic Steroids (AAS) until you see what you can accomplish naturally and you've been training a while, but var would be the first choice. check the anavar sticky if you want to start doing research and learning about sides.

oh, and i have a friend who lost a bunch of hair after pregnancy - pretty common!
