Whats up fellas? Hope everyones ready for a live summer 2012. I've been planning this for a few months now. Typical stats are 6' 195-215lbs. Body fat fluctuates depending on cardio and how i'm dieting. Ive been as low as 8% but typically tend to stay between 12%-14%, which im happy with. Winter is my busy season for work, so calorie intake suffers a bit over winter months and stays at or below maintnence. Right now im on the lighter end at 195. Going to increase cal intake starting this week, and weight usually adds on fairly quick. Will start cycle at 205.

Week 1-16 test prop 150mg eod
Week 1-8 npp 100mg eod
Week 1-6 dbol 50mg per day

Letro throughout at .25mg per day

Typicall pct nolva 40/40/20/20 and clomid 50/50/50/50

Goal is to reach 225-230 by week 12 and keep body fat around 12%. Last 4 weeks will be on strict diet and attempt to drop to 215 at around 10%.

This will be my 3rd "structured" cycle. I'm running pinnacle gear.

Any input or advice is always great. I may have missed something if I did just call me on it. Thought of running tren ace at week 10-16 to help me put on lean mass and or vascularity during cut. At week 10 i would have been off npp for 2 weeks and npp should be clear of my system. May get flammed for this but its a thought? Could always save tren for next run around. Ive never had blood work done but am highly considering it twice throughout this run. Thanks for reading guys. I know starting at 205 is a little light but I have a very small frame.
 
Spent the last week eating like a savage. Scale says +4 lbs. Once I feel i've gained a solid 10lbs, i'll pull the trigger. Thinking of working with 3j for this one. Would certainly make this cycle epic.
