today i hit legs , my favourite bodypart ! Thia is what i did :
warm up stationary bike 5m
leg extensions 4 sets 20 reps
squats 10 sets of 10 reps goin up to 275 then goin' back down on weight
leg press 4 sets 20 reps
lying leg curls 2 sets 15 reps
single leg curls 2 sets 15 reps
straight leg deadlifts 2 sets 15 reps
hyperextensions 2 sets 30 reps
seated calves 2 sets 20 reps
standing calves 2 sets 20 reps

workout was very intense to say the least , very short pauses between sets . the whole workout took me less than 1 hour and by the end of it i was sweating heavily....just love training wheels :)

Looking good! Like to see the young guys hard at it! Hope I'm look kin like that when I'm your age! Great work

Ok yesterday i hit chest and back with supersets . I do this once every 4-6 weeks , love the pump of my whole upperbody ! Ended the workout with 20m cardio and some abs .
Today no workout or cardio . Sunday is my 0 carbs day so i take the day off and focus on my diet .
Tomorrow i'll hit shoulders and cardio . Uptaded pics comin' up in a few days....

Today i hit delts , here is my workout :
seated machine press 4 sets 15-15-12-10 reps
standing laterals 4 sets 15-15-12-10 reps
rear delts machine superset with cable upright rows 4 sets each 10 reps

after i finished with delts i did 25m cardio on the treadmill and 10m abs work .
One word about the diet : i'm feeling great , i'm not hungry at all ! Really glad to be working with 3J , this guy know his stuff that's for sure . Only started the diet 5 days ago but i've tightened up already.... great things to come:)

Do you always train delts in this (somewhat) higher rep range? or is that to just increase the workload in order to burn a little more while dieting?

Just curious because as others alluded to your delts are awesome! Great work man

I always train in the 10-20 reps range . If i go for 6-8 reps usually is for drop sets , lift the heaviest i can with good form for 6-8 reps than follow that with 2-3 drop sets until failure
