I'm from Norway too, and I kinda know him.

He lives on oppsal in Oslo, and to his defense, he has competed in
Night of Champions and other pro contests, but somehow Tommi has got more attention, being in Mr. Olympia in 2002 etc.

I would say those are the biggest names in Norway at the moment. (reguarding bodybuilding of course)
