Journey to cutting

well day 4 is done, i kinda slipped im man enough to admit it, i drank with my cousin, i havnt seen in a while and didnt eat enough, but i admit my mistakes and ready to take this more seriously...but i honeslty wanted to say thanks to waceyf, 3j, barnzy7 and welter...honestly you guys could have just ignored me and let someone else to do it...but you guys decided to be proactive...just wanted to say thanks
 
Well its day 5,
half way finished all my meals, worked out legs for the first time in a real long time...sore already..kinda weak on the legs.. but feel good for actually doing it..

Dude dont sweat it, You're human not a machine. We all slip up, the thing that makes a difference is when you "slip" you dont "slump" just cuz you cheated, skipped a day or drank a few beers doesnt mean your a quitter just means your normal, Like I've seen 3J say several times "If this shit was easy everyone would be doing it." just get back on your game and try not to make a habit of it and you'll be fine brother. I've had 3 of those days since I started, my brother just got married and we had a bachelor party so you know how that went. I just got my shit back together when I got home. But believe me I felt it the following monday. your doin fine man. Keep it up

you gotta do legs to grow, they help everything! keep it up man.

just be consistant, and dont worry about the drinking, like said above, dont make a habit out of it but shit happens you gotta live sometimes just get back at it!
 
Day 6

I feel good, i feel like i haven't had this much energy since on the high school basketball team. I think i getting used to all these meals.. im either going to take my 2nd day off today or tomorrow... although i kinda want to go both days not really tired just a bit sore..

I often find myself wanting to go lift on rest days, but we gotta have it. I always feel great day after rest.
 
Okay so one week is finished (well basically)... to be honest im not sure what to think...i guess i feel better, i have noticed more energy, ...not sure if iv lost any weight or got in any better shape..i think i will wait till week 3 to weigh myself... don't want to get discouraged... i just hope that all this food is making me thinner rather than bigger...im just a bit skeptical because i feel like im eating more now although im not having much carbs and shit..... I tried to order Need2Slin today...but the sites acting weird it wont let me log in or register...But i will not give up on this diet and workout....at 3 weeks we will know what it is doing to my body..i just really want to be seeing some results soon....

Just be patient bro. you will see the results. 1 week isnt very long, you should notice something by week 3. keep in mind you are eating a shit load of food but its the right foods and the right time of day. just keep your head up and stay at it, in a few weeks you'll feel like a different person. jsut remember its not an over night diet like "Atkins" or something. any quick diet is not good, a good healty diet takes a little longer to see results, and to keep the results. I have been on several different diets and lost 5-10 lbs of body fat a week, but couldnt keep my sanity and slipped and every time i lost some fat I gained at least 1.5 times that much back
 
wEll day8 is finished.. Feeling good had a really good chest workout. Went to the doctors for a check up he said I weigh 206 not sure if I lost weight yet because I know different scales read different numbers but if it's tru I lost four pounds which I don't think so but will confirm tomorrw. Wasn't going to check till week three but since the doctor said a different number I kinda want to know....If so I'll be pretty happyyyy. Well either way this diet diff makes me feel good anddd have more sex drive lol
 
ok well day 9 is almost complete..i did check the scale and im at 207..so i guess it was right i did lose weight

AWESOME!! Good for you man. I think our stats are about the same man. I'm 5'9" 206 with workout clothes. body fat when I started was about 26% now I'm down to about 23%

sure its realistic bro. just stick to your plan and cardio. you'll do fine bro. toughest part is your 21, when I was 20 I was 206 13% bf and I turned 21 and quickly turned into 185 20% body fat. Its tough at 21, at least it was for me. 180 10% body fat shouldn't be to big a deal for you man. I'm more worried about my bulking feel like its gonna take 2 yrs!!!!!!! its hard to be bulking when my bf is still abouve 20% but i dont wanna cut it all off then build back up, I'll just worry about getting to about 225 then cut back.
 
well i know i can keep it up..only thing is seeing all these in shape people at the gym.. i know they worked hard and whatvr but like its kinda pisses me off that i don't have that body...i guess it motivation...but yea its day 11 that just ended i haven't cheated i guess ill check the scale on Monday... hopefully i keep losing weight so i don't get discouraged... lol thanks for commenting waceyf
 
Ok well today is the beginining of week day I think 15 I checked the scale n I fucking gained I'm now 208. Fucking bs.
