did u tread off the diet i gave you? maybe miscalculate?? u need to keep good measure of everything


if all the above is satisfied then i would say your overtraining and not eating enough...

i looked at your workouts.. thats high volume.. u dont need to be going that hard bud.. keep it simple.. focus on your cardio..

can u do empty stomach cardio?? in the morning?
 
Ok well I havnt been measuring everything but would that actually make me gain a pound?? I'll check again Friday after measuring everything. Well I don't wantto focus only on cardio bc I would like a athletic built.
 
oh i do, and i have been, usually anywhere from 35 mins or 45..4-5 days a week

are you keepin that heart rate up around 125-130 bpm the whole time or just part of the time man? I have better results when I do the same cardio time everyday as opposed to 35 minutes today 45 minutes tomorrow.
 
Well that's because I injured my knee not to long ago so sone days it hurts more than others so I do 35 rather than 45

I dunno bro. maybe your body is still adjusting to the new diet. thats not that many carbs. just try and stick to the scales every other week and maybe you will even out, Are your wiegh ins the same time of day? I know I'm a couple pounds heavier at the end of the day. just keep your head up and keep pluggin at it. it'll come buddy
 
ok well ive been sick the last couple of days so i havnt been able to goto gym or eat properly...hopefully will feel better soon ive been eating a meal a day...
 
ok well this whole week iv been waking up doing cardio on empty stomach..then working out later..feel good..sweat a lot more in the morning...i'm still weighing 207...but its only been 4 days of morning cardio so ill weight a bit to see what happens
 
I think the morning cardio will really help you out bro. I like it cuz it helps wake me up also. good to hear from you keep it up man
 
yeah man ill keep doing this for the next 4 months..even if i dont reach 180...all that will happen is my bf % will get lower..so i guess its not that bad im basically around 207 or 206...so so far only lost 3 or 4 pounds but i guess better than nothing right? lol i do feel like im getting stronger...my chest looks leaner...going to the docs 2morrw to do bf % will give results 2morrw i guess...i think my main problem is my stomach i always skip abdominal days...i know i shouldnt but i suck at it and i need some beginner exercises...ideas anyone??
 
Keep in mind when you first start slin your weight will go up the first week. Your weight not your bf% will go up. Over the 6 weeks of taking it you will notice a drop in bf% and a increase in both muscle energy and size
