yeah man ill keep doing this for the next 4 months..even if i dont reach 180...all that will happen is my bf % will get lower..so i guess its not that bad im basically around 207 or 206...so so far only lost 3 or 4 pounds but i guess better than nothing right? lol i do feel like im getting stronger...my chest looks leaner...going to the docs 2morrw to do bf % will give results 2morrw i guess...i think my main problem is my stomach i always skip abdominal days...i know i shouldnt but i suck at it and i need some beginner exercises...ideas anyone??[/QUOTE]

I do situps on the incline, the pulley pulldowns in the kneel positions, hangin knee lifts, crunchers, ab machines.

Compound lifts like squat and deadlift will build core/abs.
 
ok well the nutritionist canceled my appointment.. but i have another one tomorrow so ill tell you guys then...sorry about the delay..as for the need2slin i ordered it on the 20th, still not here..i live in Canada, Toronto....another person on the site said it took him 1 week for it to be delivered for him in Canada... also i thought it can be used for a fat loss, so why would i gain weight?

i am doing my cardio on empty stomach..havnt checked the scale..but i am feeling leaner..not going to check scale anymore..it discourages me...

going to wait 2 weeks before checking scale
 
Ok well today I went to the nutritionist n she said she doesn't do bf percentage there so I have to find another way to do it
 
i had a well known nutritionist do my bf and came back at 5.7...now i can tell you straight up without a doubt that im lucky if im not about 14 or 15. dont go by what they say because they can and do make mistakes. as far as the slin, losing fat and losing weight are two entirely different thing. you should be focused on results and how you look and feel, dont get caught up on the scale. the slin will help you drop bf but while on it, chances are you wont notice a drop in weight until your done with it. i would much rather lose bf and stay at your weight then lose 25lbs and stay the same bf if that makes sense.

Great advice, losing 10 pounds is quick and easy... losing 10 lbs of fat is a different story
 
Could I do measurements at home? If so does anyone know which is a trustful site

I personally just measure my neck and belly for the % It gets me close enough. But to keep up with my personal progress I measure almost everywhere.
 
Ok so my need 2 slin n hc generate has arrived. On last day at the gym this week. Have finished cardio now to eat then go back to lift in a bit. Will start need2slin n hc generate on Monday

barz - did you take both of them?? And if so what times in the day. I do my morning cardio on a empty stomach so ya.

I would dose N2slin- 1 cap before breakfast, before workout meal, before bed.

I would dose HCG- 2-3 caps- am, mid-day, before bed

N2slin has many different dosing schemes, this seems to be the most common.
 
Ok my plan was to start need n Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) today but I'm still fighting the flu so I think it's best to start tomorrw.. Sorry guys
 
Ok so today is first day of need2slin n hcg. Went for my cardio on empty stomach had 1 tab of need2 then had 2 toast n 2 boiled eggs w 2 Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) tabs... then my multi vitamins ... Resting then will go for my chest workout.. Stomach feels a bit weird...not sure it thts normal
 
U guys think it's ok to take my afternoon pill of need2 n hgc after my workout tgen at night again? Instead of befor workout... Bc I had 1 not to long ago after my cardio
 
hey guys sorry been a while...im still working out hard, might have lowered my bf % not sure..been eating clean...roughly still around 205 pounds or so...this week i have added an additional 30 mins to cardio...we will see if that helps
