yeah man ill keep doing this for the next 4 months..even if i dont reach 180...all that will happen is my bf % will get lower..so i guess its not that bad im basically around 207 or 206...so so far only lost 3 or 4 pounds but i guess better than nothing right? lol i do feel like im getting stronger...my chest looks leaner...going to the docs 2morrw to do bf % will give results 2morrw i guess...i think my main problem is my stomach i always skip abdominal days...i know i shouldnt but i suck at it and i need some beginner exercises...ideas anyone??[/QUOTE]
