I am new to this board, only been here a few weeks and love the info here. This log will be following my 10 week Test E/EQ/Prov. Here are my stats:
Age: 25
Height: 6'1
Weight: 200-205
Lifting Stats:
Bench-275
Squat-295-I know sad, used to be 405 until I tore the ligaments in my ankle. Played college football for a year.
Dead-350
Cycle experience: 2nd cycle
My first cycle was Primobolan Depot 400mgs/wk for 12 weeks. Winstrol (winny) 50mg eod for last 8 weeks. I gained about 10lbs. Lean Mass.
Dosing: Test E-500mg/wk split into two doses Mon/Thurs.
EQ-400mg/wk split into two doses Mon/Thurs.
Proviron: 50mg/day weeks 5-10
PCT:Nolvadex for six weeks running at 40mg/day for first week.
Then 20mg/day for final 4 weeks.
As far as the PCT, I am a member of another board and this is a post cycle therapy (pct) protocal people say is most effective. I will get some Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) and Clomid for just in case. Also, I am trying to decide if I want to get some liquidex or use some novla for bloat and gyno.
My workout will be as follows:
Monday: Back
Tues: Chest
Wed: Legs
Thurs: Shoulders
Fri: Off
Sat: Arms
Sun: Off
I am a creature of habit so my meals will be as follows:
Breakfast: Proteing shake. 600 cals/50g protein/70g carbs/17g fat
Snack: Cottage Cheese/22grams proteing and protein bar/30g protein
Lunch: Tuna sandwich 2 cans/ 60g/protein
Snack: Protein bar/30g protein
Workout: 7 grams/ BCAA's PReworkout
PWO: 50g/whey protein/7g BCAA's
Dinner: Two chicken breasts/Green beans/Sweet potatoe
Bed: 40grams/casien protein shake.
I am shooting for 3000/3500 cals a day. I would like to be around 215-220 by the time my cycle ends.
Strength goals:
Bench: 315 for 1 rep/ 275 for 4 reps
Squat: 350 for 1 rep/ 300 for 4 reps
Dead: 405 for 1 rep/ 350 for 4 reps
I think posting this will help me track my progress better. I hope to have some people follow my log. I've enjoyed reading Outlaws and a few other people's logs. Can't wait to start!
