Anyone here use a juicer for their veggies? i was wondering what is a good well-rounded recipe i can use everyday to get all the nutrients i need. Also, can i make a large batch for the week? i know the anti-oxidants may be compromised, but what about the nutritional value?
Kale chard cucumber Ginger lemon orange and an apple for breakfast. Substitute the apple and orange for broccoli and celery at night. That's what I do.
