lemme remind the fellas here that jamy is not a sponsor nor a rep, neither the forum or jamy are being compensated for any advise he gives. i've gone through some of his suggestions and they seem very decent to me (i only suggest he makes it a little more understanding for the novice).

diet and nutrition info is very expensive, ask any personal trainer. ure getting it tailored free for now so take advantage of it. its customized for each person individually for godsakes. u can take all the steroids in the world but without a proper diet u wont gain shit except headaches and sides. DIET DIET DIET! ! !

Diet will dictate your results more than ANYTHING. Whether you want to cut or Bulk!

as for simplifying it i can understand where your coming from...

BUT, if people take the time to read through my sticky in the diet section (by sticky i mean my original post in my thread for free diet advice) everything is well explained...

actually my recommendation is that you read through all the info i have posted before asking for a critique...
 
Thanks for the reminder 3J. I am concentrating on diet first before attempting my first AAS - though with all the talk on AAS it's difficult not to get ahead of myself.
 
3j Question..How do I eat more? It is the worste part of my muscle building goals. I do low dose cycles...but even if I did high dose..it wouldn t matter . I can go hours on end with out eatin..have to force myself..and some days..I dont even try. This coupled with my metabolism keeps me fairley lean..in winter without trying... Eq can help some..don t do a damnthing for me..

I didn't start eating more until I made a conscious effort to maximize my potential through diet ie, eating as often as possible as healthy as possible.
This was my 3rd cycle...Holy shit what a differnece that decision made.
Funny thing is, once u start eating that way, once ure body gets used to eating every 2-3 hours youy'd be surprised what an adaptive mechanism it really is.
Now I have to eat every 2-3 or I will be hungry shaky and jonesing for calories! Lol
 
Duly noted..thanks..I quess my vanity is overriding my common sense cuz I hate the " Jesus I m full " feelin..
