hey guys ive been on this forum for a long time just havnt made an account.

just a question.

my stats
110lbs very lean person virtually no body fat
5'7
20yrs old
lifting for year and a half

yes i know im a small person lol :) i was even at 100 pounds probably a year ago b4 i started working out seriously gaining weight is hard for me. Just genetics EVERYONE in my family is like that. but my question is i cant seem to break 110 no matter how many cals i put into my body and its really starting to piss me off. is it possiable my bodys use to my diet and i need to up it even though im already throwing in TONS of calories and 4 protein shakes a day?

if youre 110 pounds, then despite that the fact that you THINK youre eating a lot, youre not. People think a few chicken breasts and protein shakes a day is "a lot". Its not.
 
5'7 and 110 lbs im 5'5 and even when i ran cross country i wasnt that light. What exactly are you eating break down all your meals including protien shakes and post it.

You need to eat as if your life depended on it. High protein, high calorie foods, whole milk instead of 2%, lots of whole eggs, and lift only the core movements, squats, deadlifts, bench press--don't waste your effort with too much cardio. Whenever you have a spare moment you should be stuffing your face with good food.

eat a couple \of double 6 dollar burgers a day extra from carls jr after a couple of weks of that you should gain some wieght
